Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During collection launches or high-demand periods, processing times may vary.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Once an order has been shipped, MuseumRejects is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
MuseumRejects proudly ships internationally.
Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any additional charges required by their country.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order, as these fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are not included in your purchase or shipping cost.
Lost Packages
If a package is officially confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, MuseumRejects will provide either:
A replacement item (if available), or
A full refund to the original payment method.
A package must be officially declared lost by the shipping carrier before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Delivered Packages
MuseumRejects is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend:
Checking with household members or neighbors.
Contacting your local shipping carrier.
Checking around your delivery location.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
